Kaldi Beer Festival

In celebration of 30 years since the prohibition of beer was lifted in Iceland, we at Kaldi brewery will have a beer festival in our brewery, with most of our collegues in the brewing industry joining us in celebration.

Local Food Festival

Local Food Festival is a food culture festival in the Hof Cultural Centre in Akureyri. The big show will be held on October 20th. The purpose of the festival is to draw attention to the north and the great food industry in the North, with its diverse selection of restaurants, food culture and other sectors related to food.

Iceland Winter Games

Winter is finally back in the beautiful city of Akureyri, the ski capital of Iceland. The mountains surrounding the city are covered in snow and for the people of Akureyri that means that preparation for the Iceland Winter Games is on full steam and they're counting down to their big winter festival.
