The Icelandic Aviation Museum's annual Air Show will take place at Akureyri Airport on Saturday, June 20, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
This year, the spotlight will be on the Icelandic Coast Guard, celebrating the organization's 100th anniversary.

1:00 PM – Gates open
1:15 PM – Official opening ceremony
Opening remarks by Logi Einarsson, Minister of Culture
Special programme presented by the Icelandic Coast Guard
2:00 PM – The Air Show begins!
Visitor Information
- Entry through the main entrance of the Icelandic Aviation Museum at Akureyri Airport
- Admission: ISK 1,000 for visitors aged 13 and over
- Pets are not permitted on the event grounds
- To reduce waiting times, ticket sales will be divided into two lines:
- Cash payments
- Card payments
