At 10:30, the popular Rhubarb Run takes place – a 500-metre race for children aged 12 and under, offering great fun for younger visitors.
At 11:00, the festival area “Krúttið” opens, where guests can:
- explore a variety of local products and crafts
- purchase goods and sample rhubarb-inspired food and drinks
- join children’s workshops and creative activities
- take part in guided walks and other engaging experiences
During the day, a cocktail workshop will also be offered, where participants can learn how to create unique drinks featuring rhubarb as a key ingredient.
