Earth Lagoon Mývatn, formerly Mývatn Nature Baths, has been welcoming guests to its geothermal spa since 2004. The lagoon opened its door to a new house and upgraded facilities in the summer of 2026.
The focus is to provide more space, more luxury, more diversity and to lift the guest’s experience to a completely new level. New facilities include for example a new type of changing rooms, Earth Signature, where lava and rustic interior will play the main roll. Earth Exclusive is another new admission type with private changing rooms, access to an exclusive lagoon, a relaxing area and a fireplace.
