The annual "Jólabærinn minn Christmas" event returns to Húsavík Museum (Safnahúsið) for the third time on November 27–28. Organised in collaboration with Húsavík Music School and Candybar Norðurland, the event has become a popular part of the town's Christmas celebrations.
Visitors can look forward to a warm and festive atmosphere for the whole family, featuring a Christmas market, live music, a gingerbread competition and delicious seasonal treats. The market will offer a variety of handmade crafts, locally designed products, food and gifts from different makers and vendors.
The event has been well received in previous years, with more than 700 visitors attending last year's celebrations.
