A five-day international folk music festival in one of the northmost towns in Iceland. The main focus is on Icelandic and Scandinavian folk music as well as world music and folk dances. Up to 18 concerts are held in different locations in the charming town of Siglufjörður. During the festival, workshops on music and old handicraft, and lectures on both Icelandic and foreign topics are held. The relaxed atmosphere in the historic village amongst beautiful mountain landscape is an experience not to be missed.
