Fyrir hönd fyrirtækis sem tilgreint er hér að ofan staðfesti ég samtarf við Markaðsstofu Norðurlands(MN). Samstarfssamningur er gerður á milli MN og ofangreinds fyrirtækis með fyrirvara um að fyrirtæki sé skráð í gagnagrunn Ferðamálastofu Íslands og hafi öll tilskilin leyfi sem lúta að starfsemi þess. Samningurinn er tvíhliða og má segja honum upp skriflega án fyrirvara af báðum aðilum enda er eðli hans þess háttar. Segja skal samningi upp skriflega. Fyrirtæki skuldbindur sig til þess að velja flokk sem er viðeigandi og lagfæra flokk ef rekstur stækkar eða minnkar. Flokkur reiknast miðað við ársverk. Ársverk eru samtala hversu margir vinna fulla vinnu 12 mánuði ársins. Ekki er reiknað minna en eitt ársverk. Verðskrá má finna undir síðunni Samstarfsfyrirtæki. Markaðsstofan sendir reikninga ársfjórðungslega og eru þeir sendir rafrænt, annars birtast þeir í heimabanka viðkomandi fyrirtækis undir rafrænum skjölum. Fyrirtæki bera ábyrgð á að koma efni til MN til kynningar bæði á heimasíðu, bók og með öðrum hætti. Með staðfestingu þá heimilar fyrirtæki/stofnun Markaðsstofu Norðurlands að birta efni á miðlum sínum um samstarfsfyrirtæki nema annað sé tekið fram.
Háttsemi fulltrúa fyrirtækja í samstarfi við MN skal vera með þeim hætti að orðspor Norðurlands, þátttökufyrirtækisins eða Markaðsstofu Norðurlands bíði ekki hnekki.

On behalf of the company specified above, I hereby confirm participation in cooperation with Visit North Iceland (VNI).
A cooperation agreement is entered into between VNI and the above-mentioned company, subject to the company being registered in the database of the Icelandic Tourist Board and holding all licenses and permits required for its operations.
This agreement is bilateral in nature and may be terminated at any time by either party without notice due to the nature of the cooperation. Termination must be submitted in writing.
The company undertakes to select the membership category that accurately reflects its operations and to adjust its category should its business expand or contract. Categories are determined based on full-time equivalents (FTEs). An FTE represents the equivalent of one employee working full-time for twelve months of the year. The minimum category is based on one FTE.

VNI issues invoices quarterly. Invoices are sent electronically or, alternatively, made available through the company’s online banking system under electronic documents.
The company is responsible for providing VNI with content and information for promotional purposes, including publication on VNI’s website, in printed materials, and through other marketing channels.
By confirming this agreement, the company/organization authorizes Visit North Iceland to publish and use material relating to the company through its communication and marketing channels unless otherwise agreed.
Representatives of partner companies shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not damage the reputation of North Iceland, the participating company, or Visit North Iceland.
